 Everyone who has Nankins really needs to join the NCA the dues are only 10.00 a year and what a great little newsletter.

Overseas dues are the same as US dues.  There is no distinction in the Constitution for this.

Paypal??  Mary Ann will have to tell you if this is possible, but I'd say "No".

If someone can let me know what the postage is for the year. I'll stick a "Donation" on top of the dues.

It will cost more than the membership to rise an international money order for that amount. So it's either a Paypal transfer into a committee members Paypal account if they wouldn't writing a cheque. Or trusting cash in the post.
