I am in the picture!

So far I still have hatched a big fat zero chicks for the year. They make it as far as hatch day and that is it. No pips at all, or will pip and then not hatch. What am I doing wrong? I have not had a problem with hatching silkies or quail. I have a cabinet GQF. The temp and humidity are fine. Any suggestions?

Not sure myself but the first thing I would try is get a different cock and put him on the hens. Sounds like a inbred problem to me.   Rog

I looked in some of my trouble shooting books, and several pointed to possible nutritional deficiencies.  I give my birds breeder solution in their water during breeding season, and seem to have excellent hatch rates.  A friend had your problem, and it resolved once I gave him breeder solution.  The roosters get really randy and fight more while they're taking it, so beware. Good luck.
